APT-IQ SIGNING OFF

Due to budget cuts and loss of personnel, Alabama Public Television will discontinue broadcast of its digital channel 2, APT-IQ, at the end of September. APT's state budget was cut by more than one million dollars for the fiscal year beginning October 1.
