It didn't include a teacher pay raise, and that had Governor Robert Bentley continuing his call for an up or down vote on the raise. The Democratic House caucus and the AEA rallied today for teacher pay and more classroom money. The House Judiciary Committee today approved a controversial bill to reorganize the Birmingham Water Works board. And we're joined by Rep.
