It will require hunters to start reporting their kills within 24 hours or face fines. Sanford also talks about a new system surrounding alligator hunting in the state. Alabama Banking Superintendent John Harrison is with us to talk about the push for more regulation of the payday lending industry, including a proposed database to track payday loans.
