Lidia prepares an elegant risotto with mushrooms, finished with parsley, cheese and butter. She then prepares a luscious ziti with pork rib guazzetto. Lidia then shows how to breathe new life into risotto leftovers by breading it and frying it to make a delicious snack or serve it over a salad for a complete meal. Grandma joins Lidia to taste those delicious little nuggets.
