Changing
the Constitution
Originally Aired on May 3, 2001

the state's 100-year old constitution. Critics argue the constitution,
which has been heavily amended through the years, is outdated and
ties the hands of local and county governments. APT's For The Record
will look at whether the constitution should be changed, and if
so, how those changes should take place.
