From Tuscaloosa, Bailey features a segment on the 19th annual “Realize the Dream” concert honoring Dr. Martin Luther King at Moody Music Concert Hall on the University of Alabama campus; she’ll treat viewers to a tour of the Bear Bryant Museum; interviews Deanette Bishop, the daughter of Dreamland Barbeque’s founder; and features more of the “100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die.” Dave Finger visits McWane Science Center, for a glimpse of a model railroad that takes us back to railroad’s heyday. Back at Marengo, Bailey whips up another yummy recipe in her kitchen.
