The Black Belt Action Committee looks to boost tourism in the state's Black Belt through the development of Bed and Breakfasts. A seminar on creating, owning, and operating a Bed and Breakfast will be the subject of a day-long seminar in Marion on Thursday, September 20, 2007. Phyllis Kennedy a member of the Black Belt Action Committee will discuss the purpose of the seminar and the information available to participants.
