Father John Foley will be in Birmingham for the opening of the first Cristo Rey Network School in the South. Cristo Rey Schools were formed to give students greater educational opportunities than typically available in their community. There are 19 schools across the country. Foley will discuss the idea behind the schools and what they hope to accomplish in Birmingham.
