Since Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro turned power over to his brother a couple of months ago, speculation on the future of the communist country has been discussed. Brian Latell, Ph.D. has studied Latin America and Cuba for 40 years. He has taught at the University of Miami and Georgetown University. Latell is in Alabama to speak to the Alabama World Affairs Council about Cuba’s future after Fidel Castro.
