Governor Bob Riley says he wants to cut taxes if given a second term. Riley says he would provide tax cuts for most Alabamians. His plan includes cuts in taxes for families making up to $100,000. He also wants offer tax incentives for expanding businesses. The Governor says he will also introduce a measure requiring property tax reappraisals every four years.
