Cuba has poverty and other economic and social woes. The country, though, is very proud of its health care system. Doctors and researchers in Cuba say they have made many medical advances and want to share them with the world. The country has worked to reduce infant mortality. “For The Record” also visits a maternity ward to see how expectant mothers are treated.
