The Chief Executive Officer of the Knight Foundation, Alberto Ibargüen, talks about the future of journalism and the role it plays in helping communities. Ibargüen spoke at Jacksonville State University as part of the school’s Ayers Lecture series. In 2005, he became the head of the Knight Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting journalistic excellence and defending the free press.
