Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker says a judicial complaint against him is an attempt to silence him. A Tuscaloosa attorney, Joel Sogol, filed a complaint with the Judicial Inquiry Commission for an opinion piece Parker wrote criticizing a U.S. Supreme Court and an Alabama Supreme Court ruling. The complaint claims Parker's comments were unprofessional and hurt the image of the judiciary. Justice Parker and Sogol discuss the issue.
