This episode focuses on conflict resolution strategies in the workplace. The program looks at how to communicate at work, how to give and receive information, and how to handle tough situations. The programs are a mix of dramatic scenarios and documentary formatting. The documentary segment first visits a construction site and presents the flow of communication from the architect down to the carpenters and from the carpenters back to the engineers when problems arrise.
