New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson went to North Korea to encourage the country to give up its nuclear arms program. Before Richard's trip, Alabama World Affairs Council Executive Director James Nathan visited North Korea doing some advance work for the former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
