ON THE JOB explores jobs in Alabama along with a variety of training opportunities available to prepare people for employment. From aerospace engineering to zoo keeping, the show will provide information needed to get the skills for the career wanted. Viewers will see on-site activities in Alabama career education and training services, and watch actual on-the-job production and performance in a variety of careers. Each show will also feature Alabama’s Ready To Work training program that helps people prepare for the job market.
