In Physics of Dance, Jessica directs Cheston in rehearsals for a school performance of "The Fantastics." Cheston is dreaming about losing his balance during the performance and falling. The teens take the viewer for a visit to the Alabama School of Fine Arts Dance Department, where foremost authority on physics and dance, Dr. Ken Laws of Dickinson College, Carlisle Pennsylvania, is teaching class.
