Greg Fitch, Ph.D. is the Executive Director of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education. Fitch presented to lawmakers the agency's budget for the next fiscal year. He also talked about the unified budget involving the money individual schools are wanting. Fitch will discuss budget concerns for the next fiscal year.
