Looking Back at 2007 Part 2
The lack of rain became a major issue for people throughout the state. The drought caused an old battle to resurface, water wars between Georgia, Alabama and Florida. The words between the Governors of the three state caused President Bush to bring the parties together for peace talks. The final segment in “For The Record’s” look back at 2007 also a ban on lawmakers working for postsecondary and a feud between the Attorney General and a large amount of District Attorneys from across the state.
