CAPITOL JOURNAL presents special live coverage of Governor Robert Bentley's State of the State Address. Hosts Don Dailey and Olivia Stacey are joined at 6:00pm by Dr. Natalie Davis, Professor of Political Science, Birmingham Southern College, and Dr. Tom Vocino, Director, Center for Leadership and Public Policy, Alabama State University for pre-speech analysis. The Governor's speech is set to start at 6:30pm. Following the address, we'll have the official Democratic response from Representative Rod Scott from Birmingham. (APT will re-air the entire broadcast beginning at 10:30pm.)
