2014 Earthquake Shakeout

Recommended for First Grade to Twelfth Grade

The Great Central U.S. ShakeOut

The Great Central U.S. ShakeOut

At 10:16 a.m. on October 16, 2014, all schools in Alabama are encouraged to participate in the Great Central U.S. ShakeOut earthquake drill. Even though we don't think about Alabama as being earthquake prone, earthquakes can happen anywhere. The best plan of action is to practice and prepare NOW. Click this link for additional information.
